Currently working as a Freelance Director of Photography/Director in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Cesar has devoted his life to his craft and has been working in the industry for over 6 years. His work captures the essence and beauty of the ideas we create, and his professionalism guarantees client and collaborative satisfaction. Cesar continues to make strides to help The Vision Media become an ever evolving collective of beautiful films.
